Meditation Class
This class is the most important class that I teach. The meditation technique I teach is based on contemplative prayer and mindfulness.
This type of meditation builds your relationship with God, Source or what ever metaphor you want to use. It connects you to the love and peace that is within you. It raises your energy and your consciousness allowing you to expand your awareness, sensitivity and perception.
Meditation is the gateway to learning more about yourself and others around you. From my experience students who practice a form of daily meditation and journal develop the fastest. I can tell you this has truly changed my life and I promise you if you practice it will change yours.
ABC’s of ESP
This four week class teaches the
very basics of how to develop your five senses by using your
sixth sense, your psychic, your spirit.
